We make no guarantees regarding the availability, reliability, accuracy, or performance of the trading algorithms or any other aspect of the Services.
The automated trading features are tools designed to assist you in making trading decisions. They do not constitute financial advice, and you acknowledge that all trading decisions — whether automated or manual — are ultimately your responsibility. Past performance of any algorithm or trading strategy is not indicative of future results.
The minimum deposit required to begin trading is $250 (USD), which serves as your initial trading capital — it is not a platform fee. All deposits are processed through our regulated partner brokers. Withdrawal requests can be submitted at any time through your account dashboard and are typically processed within 24 hours. Processing times may vary depending on your chosen payment method and your financial institution.

Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other user accounts; using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activities; engaging in market manipulation, fraudulent trading, or exploitation of platform vulnerabilities; impersonating another individual or entity; reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of our software; and using automated bots, scrapers, or other tools to access the platform beyond its intended functionality.
Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of funds where legally permissible, and referral to appropriate legal authorities.
All content, software, algorithms, design elements, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property displayed on or associated with the Blackrose Finbitnex platform are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial trading purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works based on any part of the platform or its content without our prior written consent.

Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising from or related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your account in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability, whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Blackrose Finbitnex and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or relating to: your use of the Services; your violation of these Terms; your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or any content you submit or transmit through the platform.
You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you through your original payment method, subject to applicable processing times and verification procedures. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or posed a risk to the security or integrity of our platform.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Blackrose Finbitnex is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
